Feast Watson Prooftint Pine Sealer is a penetrating timber sealer specifically formulated for use on soft, porous timber prior to staining with Feast Watson Prooftint.
Porous timbers, such as Pine, Meranti and Cedar, commonly absorb stains faster than other timbers making them difficult to stain evenly. Prooftint Pine Sealer has been developed to minimise patchiness when staining and ensure even pentration of Prooftint, making it easy to achieve a uniform, professional finish. It is also ideal for use under Feast Watson Stain & Varnish.
Prooftint Pine Sealer should not be used under Feast Watson China Wood Oil as it will prevent it from penetrating into the timber.
