Go bold and transform your floor with a brand-new shade. Transform your space with our stunningly opaque colour range.
Feast Watson Floor Paint gives your home a design overhaul without ripping anything down or pulling anything up.
This special wooden floor paint has an opaque, water-based formula which defends against scuffs, water, and general wear and tear while creating an adhesive yet satin finish, so your motley crew can tear up and down the hallways with less chance of slipping.
Ideal for interior timber flooring exposed to high traffic, choose from our range of opaque colours with either a White or Ultra Deep Base. Use on new and existing interior timber, cork and parquetry floors.
Timber floor paint imparts a satin finish. For a glossy finish, we recommend Cabot's CFP and follow as per label instructions.

How to prepare your timber for Timber Floor Paint:
Here we go!
How to prepare new or bare timber/cork:
Punch exposed nails below the surface. If you have any holes and imperfections, they should be filled with timber putty.
Sand timber to an even, smooth surface. Remember to vacuum and wipe to remove any sanding dust.
Cork: Prepare uncoated cork tiles in accordance with the supplier's recommendation.
Timber: For best results, seal uncoated or tannin rich timber with Feast Watson Proofseal™ and allow to dry thoroughly before applying Timber Floor Paint.
How to prepare previously coated timber:
Sand back your coated surface back to bare timber.
Remember to remove all sanding dust before coating.
How to apply Feast Watson Timber Floor Paint:
Let's give your space that new feel...
Before getting started, make sure your surface is clean from any grease, oil, dirt and dust! We want to achieve the best results from the start.
Make sure your surface is clean from any grease, oil, dirt and dust. We need a blank canvas before we can make the magic happen!
Without introducing any bubbles, use a flat blade stirrer and thoroughly stir your product both before and during application.
Using the Feast Watson Floor Finish Applicator, brush or a short nap mohair roller, apply your first coat. Work along 3-4 floorboards at a time, maintaining a wet edge to prevent lap marks and lay off in the direction of the grain. And remember, avoid introducing any bubbles!
After your first coat is thoroughly dry, give your second coat a go! If you notice any grain raising, a light sand may be required.
Need a longer wearing finish? Apply a third coat.
If a gloss finish is desired, apply a topcoat with a suitable gloss water based floor coating over your final coat of Timber Floor Paint.
How to maintain your floor after using Feast Watson Timber Floor Paint:
Let's take care of your new colour...
Clean regularly using Feast Watson Floor Clean.
Keep an eye on your floor for signs of colour loss or surface defects.
