Feast Watson Hard Wax
Our timber wax, specifically, Hard Wax helps restore old, tired timber with a fresh, satin finish that works double-time as a protectant.
Made from premium, natural carnauba (one of nature's hardest waxes), your furniture will get the royal treatment from the Queen of Waxes.
Hard Wax acts as a barrier to water damage for your furniture and protects. It also rejuvenates and enhances the natural beauty of fine timber, while giving a lustrous, natural-looking sheen. Hard Wax can even buffed to a semi-gloss, for extra sheen.
Choose from Black or Brown for a warm, rich hue or enhance your timber's raw beauty already with Natural/Clear. Use on interior furniture and home décor.

How to prepare my timber for Feast Watson Hard Wax:
Ensure the surface of the sealed timber is clean and dry before applying Hard Wax.
Sweep sealed floors and clean with Feast Watson Floor Clean.
Bare Timber:
If you are using bare timber, ensure the surface has been sanded with fine paper prior to application and is clean and free from sanding dust.
How to apply Feast Watson Hard Wax:
Apply a thin even coating of Wax using a soft, dry cloth or pad.
Allow 5 minutes to dry.
Once dry, buff the surface until you are happy with the sheen level.
For a soft sheen: Where a soft sheen is required on sealed timber, apply with 000 or 0000 steel wool, using light pressure and rubbing with the grain. Then buff to an even soft sheen using a clean, dry soft, cloth.
Flooring Tip: when using Wax on timber floorboards, a buffing machine and dry pad are recommended as a machine will generate more heat which enables the surface to set harder. Many coatings will be required on bare timber to achieve a durable finish.
Immerse the wax container in hot water to melt wax.
Add 250ml of pure turpentine per 125 grams of Wax, until the desired consistency is achieved.
Apply a thin even coating using a soft, dry cloth or Feast Watson Floor Finish Applicator.
Allow 5 minutes to dry, then buff to desired sheen level. Note: A buffing machine and dry pad will make buffing easier but the job can also be done with a clean dry cloth or polish sock.
