A traditional oil that penetrates deeply into timber providing a natural matt finish. Containing pure tung oil, China Wood Oil dries in 3 hours, making application incredibly quick when compared to other oil based finishes.
China Wood Oil can be burnished or waxed if desired and is suitable for use on all interior timber including bench tops, panelleing, furniture, architraves, doors and trim. Extremely easy to apply, China Wood Oil is resistant to water and spills and once applied, is very easy to maintain.
If staining of the timber is desired we recommend soft porous timber is sealed with one coat of China Wood Oil prior to staining and that a blend of China Wood Oil and Prooftint (up to 10%) is used to stain the timber.
